Hello everyone,
I have tried all the possible recommendations to make my fitbit inspire 3 charge but nothing works.
When I put it to charge it turns on and says battery 1%, then I can even quickly access the menus and shortly after dies. After that I can click everywhere but no signs of life. If I take it off the charging and do it again the same exact situation happens.
What can I do?
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Thanks for responding @mfsantos.
Since you've run through the standard fixes and the difficulty is still hanging, it's probably best to get in touch with the Support Team. They have some specialized tools that I don't have access to, and I know they'll do their best to help you get it sorted out.

Check the 2 pins on the clip-on charger. One of the pins on mine was pushed in and not making proper contact with the Fitbit.
