I walk a 14 to 15 minute mile consistently but Fitbit is telling me 21 to 22 minutes and doesn’t end up giving me credit for all miles

Hi there, @shakers. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is not tracking your data accurately. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you!
To better assist you, may I know if you're using SmartTrack of the the Exercise app on your Inspire 3 to track your exercises? Most Fitbit devices automatically recognize and record high-movement activities through the SmartTrack feature. To start, your device recognizes activities at least 15 minutes long. For more information, see Which activities does my Fitbit device track automatically?
Speaking about your miles/distance, please note when you track an activity with GPS, your device calculates your distance using GPS data rather than steps. If you begin moving before you get a GPS signal, your device calculates distance using your steps until GPS connects.
To update your stride length, track a run with GPS or measure your stride length manually. For more information, see Can I change my stride length in my Fitbit account?
For more information about GPS, see: How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Hi Marre. My Fitbit is not tracking data properly. It is not accessing the GPS on my phone at all. My Fitbit is linked to Strava and should be adding the data there but that’s not working either. I have tried the fixes outlined on other threads but nothing is working.
