Inspire 3 is not tracking my sleep data

How to I get sleep to Automatically time my sleep?

and I do I remove the big sleep circle… I want my step in the big circle. . That is how my old  one was. Help

Hi there, @pickles1924. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. I will be glad to help you with this! 

As per the description of your post, it sounds like either your Inspire 3 is not syncing or it's no longer paired to your Fitbit app. To make sure that your Fitbit device is syncing, go to your Fitbit app and tap the Today tab > Tap Devices > device image >  tap Sync Now.

As for the main goal, please try the following steps:

  1. Tap the Today tab and tap Devices .
  2. Tap your device image.
  3. Tap Main Goal, and choose your goal (steps).
