Hello guys I need your help
I charged my Fitbit to 100% and now it’s not coming on, this is my second week using it

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

It is still not working, I have changed the clock face and also
restared
it is 100% charged
it comes on when I plug it to the charger then immediately dies after unplugging
