Thanks for reporting this issue with us, and your efforts while working on this matter. I wanted to let you know that this issue was escalated and our team got it fixed. I'd suggest opening the Fitbit app and pulling down on the Today screen to force a sync.

Same - tried everything from restarting the watch, to restarting the phone, unpairing device, changing time zone to UK/US and then back to India
