My battery died and now it’s now showing the wrong time. How do I fix it?

First thing is charge it.  Then sync.  Really very simple.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi @Cathyrdot, have you checked if your fitbit app is updated, or your phone is showing the wrong time, the same thing happened to me, and  all I did was just wait a bit, then the problem is fixed. If you've recently gone on holiday or moved somewhere, check the timezone on the app settings. Hope this helps! 🙂

Is there a way to manually change the date and time without the app?

Because my Inspire 3 will not pair (or sync) with my iPhone. I have no way to connect it.

Hi @Helen_Sands  and welcome to the community
Fitbit should pair with an iPhone, but I have heard people have problems with it.
If you have and iPad, or any other brand of non-apple laptop, you can use that to sync it. I know that phones don't have USB ports, but if you can use one of those connecters, (they have a phone connecter and USB port on the other side, if you know what I mean), and plug your charger into that, it might work. If not go to your profile on this website, and go to watch settings. There should be something there, and if this all doesn't work, try to restart your watch in the settings. Hope this was helpful 😁
