My 1-month old Inspire 3 started displaying a black screen yesterday. It was still connecting to my phone and counting steps though. I then go the cross in a red circle and was unable to connect my phone to the device.
I forced a couple restart until the connection was back. I have updated to the latest firmware. My device was functioning for a couple minutes but I'm now back on a locked screen on the fitbit logo. Any advice?
