I updated my app today, and now there is a big delay in my app updating my info, specifically, I watch steps while working out - it’s now hugely delayed. I’ve followed all the recommendations I found here - restarted everything. It’s still happening…help!

In addition to the steps you've tried, I'd recommend trying the steps below in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Inspire 3 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
