Most i did was walk to the fridge and to bed. Some unintentional steps are fine but this is crazy. Im using inspire 3 is there a way to fix it?

Hi there, @berlin433. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Inspire 3.
In addition to the tips and recommendations provided by @Gr4ndp4, I was wondering if you have another app connected to your Fitbit account that could might be adding more steps? Mobiletrack maybe? Low-power step sensors inside your phone track your steps and send the data to the Fitbit app. We recommend using MobileTrack if you forget your Fitbit device at home. For more information, see How do I use Fitbit MobileTrack?

Or in my case today, too few steps today. I did a walk that the phone GPS said was 2.34 miles (FWIW, Google Earth says it's 2.54 miles). Tracker says I took 3567 steps which would work out to a 41.5" step length! I know my step length isn't anywhere close to that long, more like 33" for an exercise walk. And when I run this route, I typically get between 4100 and 4200 steps. This is the first time I've felt that the tracker under-counted my actual steps.
