Inspire 3 isn't tracking my activities accurately

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Although I have my Inspire 3 set to automatically track several activities it often doesn't register them. If I have a walk it is often just indicated as Zone Minutes and isn't included in my week's activity record. It has occasionally recorded the elliptical trainer but not during the last few weeks. These gaps and inconsistencies are frustrating.

Should I request a replacement?

Hi, @Sedgym, welcome to the community, auto recognize features can be reviewed & adjusted by doing the following. From the "Today" screen in your Fitbit app touch your icon in the top left corner>activity & wellness>Exercise>walk> here you can adjust the "Walks Longer Than" value, ensure the slider in the top right is in the on position & SAVE. Note with Auto-Recognize GPS is not engaged, If you want GPS & a map you'll need to start your walk in the regular way in your Inspire 3. If you find you have activities incorrectly labelled you can edit them (I frequently find gardening recorded as a walk) How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities? explains the process. In my case I touch the "Exercise" tile in the "Today" screen of the Fitbit app>select the wrongly labelled exercise>edit pencil>type the correct label name>select from the drop down>Log It.

I hope this helps.

Cheers

I have checked the settings as suggested and all was correct but once again
today my walk wasn't recorded except as Zone Minutes, not included in my
days of the week exercise.
