Hi @ManuFitbit @JonFitbit @DHFitbit
My Fitbit Inspire 3 sleep tracker has stopped working properly since the beginning of October 2025. It records the start of my sleep, but if I wake up during the night, it stops tracking from that point instead of continuing for the rest of the night as it used to.
When I try to edit the sleep manually, no additional data appears.
Because of the issue with the sleep tracking, I don't get a readiness score.
I’ve already restarted the Fitbit, cleaned the tracker, made sure it’s properly fitted on my wrist and reset the app. Nothing has changed on my side, so it seems to be an internal issue.
Could someone from Fitbit please help me fix this? And if it can’t be resolved remotely, is there a way to send my Fitbit in for repair or replacement? Is the app the issue?
Thank you very much for your help.
Cami

Same! I haven't had a complete night for the last 10 days or so. The tracking graph just doesn't update even when edited. The chart only starts from 02.40ish...

Thank you for sharing Louise. I've seen a few people with the same issue. Even though they are tagged in the message, no one from Fitbit has come back to me 😑

My sleep tracker has stopped as of 10/13.
I'm wondering if this is a planned obsolescence of my Fitbit watch model.

Same! I've only had my Inspire 3 for two weeks and last night it did not start recording my sleep until 2am (thankfully I was asleep well before 2). And I've never received a readiness score, even though I've worn it for well over seven days now. Wondering if I should cut my losses and return it while I still can.
