I've had issues with my Inspire 3 from the box! FINALLY got it paired and now it will randomly lock up (shows FITBIT logo) and needs to restart. I've done soft restart, factory restart, unpaired, repaired, uninstalled Fitbit app, reinstalled Fitbit app, restarted phone - AUGH!!! The device works from time to time but has NEVER appeared in the device list on my Fitbit app. Bought ready to throw it away!
