Inspire 3 menu is stuck??

My inspire 3 is bugging out and I don't know what to do. The screen won't turn off, and I can't scroll into any of the menus. I know the screen still works, cause when I tap it I can still switch between heart rate, steps, calories ect. I charged it today, then I put it on and took a shower WITHOUT water lock on, if that matters.

There is also a strange blue dot on the top of the screen, between the two top numbers. Does anyone know how to fix this??

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear your Inspire 3 menu / screen seems to be stuck. 

I always recommend verifying if the Fitbit application is up-to-date : How do I update the Fitbit app?

Could you please confirm if you already tried to restart your Inspire 3 as explained in the following help article : How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Finally, please try to change the clock face of your tracker as shown here: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
