Inspire 3 not syncing properly

My Inspire 3 is doing something weird. When I manually sync, the number of steps I’ve taken changes to whatever is on the screen of my phone. I might have stepped 100 steps and it takes it all away. I hit my step goal yesterday 3 times.

Could you please share the cell phone model and software version you are using. This information will help in the investigation, eg iPhone 8 IOs 18.1, Pixel Phone Android 13, etc.

Hi everybody. Thank you all for sharing the info needed. 

I already pass this to our team, so they can now progress with their investigation. They will work on a solution for this.

Hopefully this gets solved soon.

I am constantly having problems like this and yes it is super irritating! I personally think the problem is that Google have taken over Fitbit,  and maybe haven't fully understood the size of the fitbit community and don't appreciate the range of devices that people use for the app.

I have been having issues trying to get my Fitbit to sync since last night. Sync seems stuck half way through. I have an iPhone 15.

My app has not recorded any steps for two days either. Phone is a Google Pixel 6a, Android 15.

I just did a restart on my Inspire 3 and synced to my phone app correctly. Hopefully syncing will continue tomorrow 😀

mine seems to be doing better, but is still kinda funky. I have had fit bit for years and never had any issues in the past until just recently.

Mine's all over the place! Sleep is hit and miss and cardio load is all
over the place. Such a shame when you take fitness seriously!!
