Inspire 3 was not showing my info until I restarted it

Restarted the Fitbit, read all the tips. Finally! I restarted my phone and the ‘info’ suddenly appeared. I don’t think this suggestion has been made (or I didn’t see it). I. E., restarting the phone itself.

Back in business!
