Have tried all the recommended fixes apart from uninstalling the watch. My Fitbit hasn't been able to sync for 10 days. Please fix this issue as the watch us quite useless now

Hi there, @Megg27. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is still not syncing. I understand how you must be feeling, we're here to help you!
As a first approach, please follow @Bill_209's recommendations. If the issue persists, please try the following in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Inspire 3 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

I had the same problem where my inspire 3 had not synced with my S24 for 18 days. Tried deleting my device and reading it, but then ran into an issue where it would not finish pairing after the 4-digit code step. After trying several recommended fixes without success, I tried Bill_209's suggestion to reset the device by clearing my user data on the Inspire 3. That did the trick and I was finally able to pair and set it up again. Hopefully this helps others.

I'm having the same problem, will show steps for current day and yesterday but has lost 11000 steps from 2 days ago. It says it hasn't synced for 3 days, is paired on bluetooth. Have done Bill's advice but still nothing happens also the time is an hour out and won't change

If the time on the device is incorrect (different from the phone time) then the device didn't sync correctly with the phone.
Did you just reset the device, or perform a Factory Reset of the device?
Just resetting the device will cause the screen to blank and then display the clock face again.
Performing a Factory Reset on the device will cause the screen to blank and then display the Fitbit logo, with a message to download the app. That is what you want to do anytime there is a totally unexplainable behavior that you are trying to recover from.
