Inspire 3 no longer alerts

In the last couple of days my alerts no longer function. Setting an alarm or timer no longer vibrates. I've restarted both my tracker and my Android phone, updated all apps on my phone. Removed and re-paired the tracker. Nothing is getting the vibration going again. Tracker is not yet 2 years old.

ETA: also verified that the silent modes are not set.

Hi @Safyre, thank you for posting in the community. It's great to have you here,

I'm glad  to help you with the vibration of your Inspire 3. I appreciate all the troubvleshooting you have already tried.

Your device will vibrate in certain situation depending on your settings. An easy way to test the motor (the one that vibrates inside the tracker), is by setting an alarm. Since you have mentioned you already tried that, please tell me if you see something in the display when the alarm should go off.

Please also follow the instructions below to restart your device and tell me if the device vibrates according to such instructions:

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, refer to How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  2. Press and hold the buttons on your tracker for 10 seconds.
  3. Release the buttons. The tracker has restarted when it vibrates and the Fitbit logo shows up.

The tracker has not responded to any of the suggested solutions. Apparently the vibration board is dead. Less than two years old and it's now pretty useless since it's not only my tracker, but my timer and alarm system.
