Why does my app say intense minutes? I see nothing about that.

I don't know exactly where you are seeing the word "intense", but I'm guessing it's referring to the same thing as "vigorous or peak" heart rate zone, earning double active zone minutes (AZM).

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
