Inspire 3 not counting stairs

Hi everyone

i upgraded to an inspire 3 for my birthday and everything works fine except it hasn’t tracked a single flight of stairs since I got it!

any advice on what the problem could be?

Hello @Li.u and welcome to the Community.  The Inspire 3 doesn't have an altimeter, the hardware necessary to count floors.  Sorry.

I have a question for you.  Does your app let you toggle floors to ON when you tap on the edit pencil?  Older app versions wouldn't let you see a metric that isn't available on the device.  If you can see this as an option, then I think Fitbit needs to fix this.  Too confusing for users.
