Inspire 3 won't holding a charge

Bought for me for a gift this Christmas, the battery use has suddenly decreased, maximum i get from a full charge is a day now - I've tried a reset and everythings up to date but any additional tips welcome, thanks

As a first approach, I'd recommend making sure that your phone's software version is updated.
