My Inspire 3 is not sending move notifications 

I have followed all recommended fixs and not resolved the issue 

Any help please

Could you please describe what you've already tried, so that I don't ask you to repeat the steps if they are not necessary.

Just to confirm, the messages you are talking about are the reminders to move? Or did you mean something else?

Do you receive other messages/ notifications on your Inspire 3? ( Goals reached, Text -/ Call - notifications, etc)
