This morning, I did some weeding and my heart rate was mostly around 90. A few times it went up to about 100. I noticed that some minutes after I stopped exercising, my Inspire 3 showed a heart rate of 90. I checked my heartbeat myself and it was 60. It took a few more minutes for the Fitbit to show something more believable. Does anyone know what would cause this to happen? Thanks.
