Inspire 3 not synching and cannot get into the app

Hi, I was trying to sync my Inspire 3 fitbit with the App and got an error message. I tried logging out of my account, restarting my phone and the fitbit. Now when I try to sign in using Sign in with Google on the app or on PC, I get a message Something went wrong. Please try again. This keeps happening whether I try the app or on PC. I can't get any further.

Same things just happened to me I did all the things they said might "fix" it but it did not help it won't sync to my Bluetooth or the app and when I try to log in it says "error" I am logged in with my email

I hope they fix this in a hurry because I need my Fitbit I am very active most of the time on my weight loss journey and this app is what keeps me going because it shows my work and that even if I don't see results yet does not mean they are not their

exactly tthe same here.. problems started at least a few hours ago (it is 4am and my watch did not sync anything  today....

Same here, haven't been able to sync since around 4:30pm EST. Really frustrated

Looks like it a Fitbit/google issue. There is a message on website saying they are investigating.

How did you make it work? Mine is still not syncing!!! we have a steps competition at work. SOOO frustrated

log off in the app

log in again

restart watch

restart bluetooth....

This was happening to me but this morning it started to work again I would tell you how but I have no idea
