Hi, I was trying to sync my Inspire 3 fitbit with the App and got an error message. I tried logging out of my account, restarting my phone and the fitbit. Now when I try to sign in using Sign in with Google on the app or on PC, I get a message Something went wrong. Please try again. This keeps happening whether I try the app or on PC. I can't get any further.
I hope they fix this in a hurry because I need my Fitbit I am very active most of the time on my weight loss journey and this app is what keeps me going because it shows my work and that even if I don't see results yet does not mean they are not their
How did you make it work? Mine is still not syncing!!! we have a steps competition at work. SOOO frustrated
