Inspire 3 not syncing

I bought this Fitbit a few weeks ago after my Charge 5 just stopped working. I’m about ready to take this back to the store. The device will not sync automatically. It will not sync from the dashboard. It will not sync after restarting the device. It only syncs after plugging it into the charger and doing a hard reset. That should be the exception and not the rule. Has anyone else had this issue, or is this just a lemon of a Fitbit?

This is happening to me too, I’ve just replaced my versa2 with an inspire3 and it’s very frustrating! I hope there’s some advice or I’ll be contacting their support team.

Happening to me as well. I mainly bought this to monitor my sleep and heart rate. It keeps failing when syncing. Frustrating

Mine hardly syncs! It’s so frustrating. I try all the support tips online and same thing, I have to hard reset to get it to sync. Very disappointed

Fitbit should probably rebrand this line to "UnInspire 3."

I just charged my Fitbit and now it won't sync either. I have the same kind as you. This is ridiculous!

Why are we all having these issues? Not like this is a cheap Fitbit.

I am having the exact same thing I had an inspire two and never had a moments problem. This has been a problem, Child, since the very beginning, Fitbit needs to respond and reply and they’re not doing it.

Will not stay synced. Useless. I have had several Fitbit products inspire 3 by far the worse

For a week maybe, my Inspire 3 it's not sync properly. Yesterday I did 25K steps, and the App was showing an aberration 320K. Today I checked the app again, and for yesterday I have only 21K steps.  So 4K steps less. Today the tracker it's saying that I did 7200 steps but the app it's showing only 5200 steeps. I was very happy with this device and the app, but I don't know what is happening.....

I’ve had my Inspire 3 for over a year and it never syncs on first. It does eventually but it’s annoying. I keep hoping an update will fix the issue.

So I got in contact with Customer Service, I did a Data User clear, and now looks like I  have the right info on the device and on the app as well. This was my first issue with this fitbit, and I bought it in April 2023. Let's hope for the best. They mentioned something about a new firmware 198, in July. I have 188.85 right now, but no update on my app. Strange....Who is receiving this update?

I have noticed my Inspire 3 has stopped syncing automatically since the app updated, just been on to support chat and told this is how it is now which is ridiculous! Surely shouldn’t have to manually sync every single day 🤦🏻‍:female_sign:

                   Ever since the new app update I've been having trouble with  my Inspire 3.    First, they removed the battery tracker that used to appear at the top of the app when you would "pull down" to sync. Then synching became very sporadic,  and now I can't get it to update even from the app. My heart rate data is from the 7th, and today is the 11th of October.  I'll try charging the device, but this is absurd. These devices aren't cheap, and the *sole* purpose is accurate and timely data. If it can't provide data, what's the point?
