I bought this Fitbit a few weeks ago after my Charge 5 just stopped working. I’m about ready to take this back to the store. The device will not sync automatically. It will not sync from the dashboard. It will not sync after restarting the device. It only syncs after plugging it into the charger and doing a hard reset. That should be the exception and not the rule. Has anyone else had this issue, or is this just a lemon of a Fitbit?

Same problems here, not been syncing for a few days and now can't even log in to fitbit app never mind connect to my UnInspire 3 (thanks MikeAlmeyda !).
