Customer service has been horrendous. This has been going on for 3 weeks. I have performed all required tasks, sent screenshots and just today was given information on how to sync my phone with my Fitbit. If I could do that, then I wouldn't need support!! That's been the problem all along.

I was having the same issue for the past few days. I’d just updated the iphone’s software around the time it stopped syncing so I closed the Fitbit app, went to the phone’s Bluetooth setting and unpaired (aka “forget this device”) the Fitbit, restarted the iPhone, and then re-paired the Fitbit. It paired on its own a few minutes later.

I also restarted the Fitbit before re-pairing it.

same issue here (not syncing); done everything above (removed from bluetooth devices, rebooted iphone and inspire 3); re-paired. etc.
i get to the 'inspire 3 found!' screen, but there is NO pairing code on the device. been thru this 3 times already. what next? very frustrating...
EDIT: after six tries, i got to the pairing screen. entered the 4digit code, stuck on 'connecting to fitbit'. eventually force-quit the app, tried setting up again (from the fitbit app); new code, and again.... stuck on 'connecting to'! not sure what to try next.
EDIT2: 8th try, and, after entering the latest code, phone app just sits on 'connecting to fitbit'. will try contacting customer support. 😦
EDIT3: isn't there a saying: "the 9th time's the charm" (there should be that saying 🙄). after a long time, my device connected... and synced. so am back in business. fun times!
EDIT4: some days later... EVERY time i open the iphone app, it says 'syncing'. this is ridiculous, i do NOT want to repeat all the above steps. anyway i hope fitbit fixes this; i never had this much trouble with my inspire (1)....
EDIT5!: twice i (finally) got to the pairing window, twice. 2nd try, after about 7 minutes... paired. and synced. next time this happens, i will be selling inspire 3 pieces on ebay 😳

did you ever get this sorted? my sync stopped today between my inspire3 and iphone as well. device shows the activity hours correctly but the phone app does not. same for no sleep details, no stress mgt score, no readiness score, no heart rate notifications

I tried all this as well, made sure firmware was updated, app was updated, iphone OS was updated. unpaired, shut down and restarted phone, hard reset tracker. All to no avail. Weird Feb 1 glitch?

not sure what's happening for you (but i feel your pain). i just checked, and my fitbit just sync'd. torture fitbit support! this should not be happening, good luck!

Both my husband’s and my Fitbit are not synching today - but it’s such a common occurrence for me that I’m not even using the app much anymore - such a pain

anyone having these issues should contact support; syncing should work (and needs to). meanwhile, figure out what you & your husband have in common (devices, phones, the phone OS), since you're both having issues...
