My inspire 3 won’t sync to my iPhone 12. I’ve only had the Fitbit for 4 months. I’ve tried everything. I have reset my phone and the Fitbit. Disconnected and reconnected the Bluetooth. I deleted the app and downloaded it again. And when I tried to sign in again it said something went wrong please try again. I tried 3 times and it just won’t work. I’m not happy about how this newly bought device is working. I don’t know what to do.

This seems to be a common problem with Fitbit devices for some reason and starting the whole setup process over again appears to be the only thing that reliably works to get things working again.
