Hello,
Doesn't anyone else have this issue? My Fitbit only charges to 46% not sure if this is an error I can fix before I get in touch to get a replacement.

Hi Maggie, I have been on chat with them about this. They said to make sure the prongs on the charger are the same size and of they are (which mine were) to reset the watch by going on the watch swiping it down then going to settings once in settings you can click restart. I did this and mine started charging absolutely fine. If you still have any power on your watch give this a go and see if it works

The restart advised by our friend KellyW123 is a good start to try.
Also make sure that the contacts on the Inspire 3 and the charging cable are clean. If you find dirt or anything on them try using a dry clean qtip to clean them
I would also suggest you to try using another USB port or wall adapter.
Be aware that Fitbits are charge with low energy, so if you are using a fast charging option, try using a normal one as fast charging can damage the Fitbit.

I have 4 contacts on the tracker and 2 on the charger. Does this mean they are "not the same size"?? I too have been working with chat and it seems the unit may be defective.

The charging cable for the Inspire 3 only has 2 pins, so it's normal the one that you have.
As you already are in contact with Support, and to avoid misunderstandings, continue working with them. They'll take care of you.
