The function on the Fitbit inspire 3 for the oxygen level for me is never accurate. It seems to fluctuate between 94 and 95% but I know this is not accurate for me. So, I purchased a finger pulse oximeter which measures my oxygen level at 99% this morning.

Your fitbit just gives you measurement of SpO2 average and variation overnight while sleeping. It does not give instant anytime readings like a pulse ox meter.
