Hi , I have an inspire 3 with the correct time on my watch , but on the Fitbit app on my cell phone the time is incorrect. Therefore showing my sleeping times are way off like I'm sleeping in the daytime. I tried changing the time zone manually and syncing again but still the same. Any advice?

Hi, @Nathlovesyou , is your cell phone itself telling the correct time?
I realize that you have tried setting the correct time zone manually already. However, one tweak that often works to correct this issue is to change the timezone manually, but to choose any WRONG timezone and then sync. Next return to the timezone setting and this time choose the CORRECT timezone and sync again. For some reason alternating between incorrect and correct zone nudges it back. Once it has saved the correct zone you can return to the set time zone automatically setting.
I hope this tweak works for you! Let us know how it goes.
