I did a search and it seems this is an old problem, so I'm not hopeful. I did my usual run this morning and for whatever reason my mileage wasn't tracked correctly. When I go into the app to edit the mileage, it doesn't seem to save. It updates for a couple of seconds then reverts back to the incorrect mileage. Is there any trick to getting this to work?
It's frustrating that the tracker didn't get my mileage correct in the first place and even more frustrating that I can't correct it with the right data.

Hi @js8888, Thanks for stopping by, I hope you're doing well.
Thanks so much for letting us know that you are un able to edit the exercises you tracked with your device. Our engineers are aware of the issue, and they're working on a fix.
In the meantime, have you tried to erase the activity and manually log it as a new one? Sometimes this trick works. I know it's not ideal but you may consider this option.

Looking at the history of the issue, it seems your engineers have been working on it for years now. Deleting the activity will mean that I lose the map of my route even if the trick does work, so it's not a good workaround. I appreciate your response, but this seems to be a basic issue that should be fixed ASAP.
