Hi I have had my fit bit 3 Inspire for about a month. Some days it logs oxygen saturation other day not. Usually there are 5 out of 5 stats showing. Today it is 4 out of 4 with a message saying the oxygen saturation may be available in my area. What does this mean.? I haven't changed any settings do I don't understand why it has suddenly disappeared of my stats? Any ideas? I wear it snug on my wrist so that's not the issue. Thanks
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Good to see you participating in the community @KayeP.
Welcome to the community forums. Thank your for taking the time to share the experience that you are having with Inspire 3. Sorry to know the inconveniences.
Please keep in mind the following to make sure you see your health metrics data:
For more detailed information, see What should I know about health metrics in the Fitbit app?
Regarding SpO2, keep the following in mind to make sure your Fitbit device successfully measures your SpO2 values:
Turning off any clock face permissions can cause the clock face to stop functioning. To check these settings:
Your Fitbit device must be able to consistently track your SpO2 data:
Wear your device slightly higher on your wrist.
Make sure your device is in contact with your skin.
Your device should be snug but not constricting.
Tattooed skin can impact the accuracy of the red and infrared sensors on your Fitbit device.

This same exact thing happened to me!!! And i have been reading the forums and realising that this is happening to most users of Inspire 3! I have already gone through every single step mentioned below by @ManuFitbit and nothing works. @Fitbit where is our SpO2?

Wouldn't worry about it, It dosnt seem accurate. It keeps telling me my levels are low. I got tested at the doctors and all good. The lowest readings I got at the doctors was still higher than the highest readings I have ever got on fitbit.
