I bought an inspire 3 for my wife to replace her previous fitbit (an earlier inspire, I think). I found her fitbit account on her phone and it’s still connected to the old one which is still working although the band no longer is connectable. How do I get her iphone 12 to ignore the old Fitbit and recognise the new one?
