Inspire 3 screen constantly moving

Since yesterday, my fitbits screen has been moving and scrolling as if I was constant touching it, but I’m not. It’s been setting random timers and starting runs and whenever I would try to end the timer or run, the screen would start to move and scroll again.

I’ve tried changing the clock face and I was able to restart it once in the watch’s settings but nothing has changed. I tried contacting customer support and I reached them once, but after being asked to record a video of me trying to restart my watch by holding down the side buttons for 10 seconds, I keep getting redirected to a different page and I haven’t been able to get in contact with customer support again ( I’ve been trying consistently for over an hour now). I don’t know if this has anything to do with the new update, but I would really appreciate having control over my watch again.

Hi, @Marishhw, welcome to the community, this is a new one to me, if you have recently updated your device it may be the cause of your issue. My first suggestion is to clean your "Inspire 3" to ensure this is not being caused by anything on the screen. I use rubbing alcohol (Isopropyl 70%) to remove any skin products I use with a cotton wool swab. While I have the swab in hand I usually take the opportunity to clean my mouse & keyboard.

As an update, I tried cleaning the screen and that didn’t help. I decided to let the battery drain and leave it off for a few days but that may have made it worst. Now, I can’t scroll on the screen at all. The only thing I can do is wake the watch by touching the side buttons. An 11 hour run is currently being tracked and I can’t do a thing about it😂. Thankfully, I got in contact with customer support and it’s being handled.
