It will not scroll down, and it is brand new. My Fitbit Charge 5 did the same thing. How can I get to settings when I tap the screen, the clock screen comes up and then the screen goes black, so fast scrolling is impossible. I was hoping this issue was fixed by now. It seems to be a common issue for Fitbit. The screen setting should come from the factory to stay on for at least 10 seconds to give the user time to scroll through all the settings. I have not been able to do that, and it is very frustrating. Any advice would be appreciated.
