Inspire 3 screen is acting odd

Hi everyone,

The screen began to “merge” several images

(clock / timer)

While displaying at an irregular frequency,

Unable to use buttons,

Nor even to restart,

Plugging in the watch has no effect,

After a few hours, everything is inactive.

Something is damaged (for no obvious reason)

Please indicate the procedure in this case,

I'm so confused !

(bought less than 4 months ago)

Hi, @Dharmite, Welcome to the community, Allowing your attempt to restart has failed you should try to check the state of charge in your Inspire 3. If you can still sync your Inspire 3 with the Fitbit app on your phone you will see the SOC in the top right corner of the "Today" screen next to a battery icon. If you are not able to sync you may have a flat battery, Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?  provides advice. In my experience, your Inspire 3 will need to be on charge for up to 60 minutes before there is a sign of life.

If you can change the clock face in the Fitbit app on your phone, do so, you can always change it back later. This sometimes resolves this kind of problem.

If you are still stuck talk to "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response, It's a good move to note the steps you have taken and the results so you can brief the agent clearly and allow them to resolve your issue. I note your Inspire 3 is only 4 months old, depending on where and when you bought it it will still be under Fitbit's warranty you should have this information at hand when you make your call.

I hope this helps.

Cheers

Thanks for your feedback ! As you suggested, I tried to charge it after a
rest of almost 10 days, and curiously everything is as before ! I guess
that was some issue because of water exposure (but that's made for ...)
Anyway, I'm glad it works back again 😉
