Inspire 3 was fully charged and worked yesterday. Today the screen is black. Every once in a while the time pops up and disappears but no other actions . Will not reset . Green light in back is on. I did have some trouble getting on to site. Is their site down?

My apologies for the difficulties reaching the Community! Actually our site is ok.  

Could you please elaborate on this line: " Will not reset "?

 How does it not reset? How did you try the restart? With the button on the charging cable?
Did you get an error message or similar?
