Have you checked whether your Inspire 3 is in sleep mode? When sleep mode is on:
Sleep mode turns off automatically when you set a sleep schedule. For more information, see Settings app.

I have the same problem with a Inspire 2.
Have tried all the solutions proposed and nothing works.
