i am trying to get my fitbit inspire 3 sent and looked at under warranty, my screen went green and can not use it but i use all the links and there is no way to submit a warranty claim that i can fins its a loop of information about the warranty

Hi @Nogard the warranty is there, but you have to work with customer support to get the replacement. Click on this link and put in what the issue is and as you progress, you'll get to a screen where it asks if you want to receive a phone call or if you wish to make the call yourself. That is how to get support. It does work, as I've done it myself.
