My FitBit Inspire 3 has been stuck for 2-days. I have reset the clock face multiple times and done a reset multiple times while connected to the charger. Not sure what else to do at this point?

What is the failure mode for your device?

Not sure what you mean? I'm not getting any failure messaging. I've been able to restart the watch and it goes to the main screen. Same thing happens when I reset the clock face.

What does "stuck" mean?

It doesn't scroll up, down, left, or right. It's stuck on the home screen.

I am having the same exact issue. It just started for me today. My Inspire 3 was working just fine yesterday, but now the touch screen just will not swipe to the left or right basically and is really glitchy when swiping up and down. I have also noticed that my watch sometimes acts as though I am tapping the screen when I am not... I synced it to the app, I soft re-set it, and I even did a factory reset of my watch and non of those did anything to help. : (

I ended up chatting with support yesterday and, unfortunately, there wasn't anything additional that could be done. I ended up ordering a new watch 😞
