Inspire 3 screen won't scroll

I have a brand new Inspire 3 and besides the fact the battery life does not even last 24 hours, I am not able to swipe on the face of the Fitbit in any direction to get any stats... What may I be missing?

I'm glad to help you with the issue you are currently experiencing with the touchscreen of your Inspire 3 that seems unresponsive.

If the issue is related to software, you may fix it by restarting your device. This will also help with the battery issue if this one is associated to software as well. To restart your Inspire 3:

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, refer to How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  2. Press and hold the buttons on your tracker for 10 seconds.
  3. Release the buttons. The tracker has restarted when it vibrates and the Fitbit logo shows up.

It rare cases, cleaning the screen may make the difference. See Fitbit Product Care > Keep It Clean and Dry for more details.
