I have a fully charged inspire 3 that has worked well for about a year, but for the past three days the screen will not swipe up or down past the initial clock screen. I have done a restart, as well as tried changing the clock face as per previous posts, but it's still not working. Any other tips to fix this?

Hi there, @Cbell5. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is still not swiping up or down. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:
If the above doesn't work, please confirm that you've restarted your Inspire 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? and if the restart is still not working, try once again changing the clock face maybe twice in a row.

Thanks for the tips, but they haven't worked for me still.
I've synced the Fitbit through the app, restarted my Fitbit, and changed the clock face two times in a row.
I've also noticed there is now some discolouration in the display as well, so maybe this is more of a hardware issue?

Do you have any other troubleshooting tips? I initially replied on July 23, but haven't heard anything since then.

I have the SAME issue also having only owned this fitbit inspire 3 for a year. None of these tips work. I've tried it all. I'm frustrated because I love my watch.
