Inspire 3 set up with the wrong email address

My account got mixed in with my wife’s ( who doesn’t even use it anymore) when I changed my password using her email instead of mine (I really messed up). How do I get my own account back

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Oscar00. I'll be happy to assist you with your account inquiry. 

  • Note: If you own an iPhone and want to replace the Fitbit device currently paired to your wife's account, remove the Inspire 3 from the list of connected Bluetooth devices in your phone's Settings app. After that, follow the steps below:
    • Unpair the Inspire 3 from your Fitbit account.
    • Log out from the Fitbit account. 
    • Log back in with your email address.
    • Set up your tracker as a replacement device:
        1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app on your phone, tap the devices icon.
        2. Tap Add more devices.
        3. Choose Inspire 3 and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
