Inspire 3 shows hourly activity, but app does not

For the past week my Inspire 3 shows accurate hourly activity, but it is necessary to walk 10 to 20 additional steps for the App to register it.  Today the app showed completion of my First hour, but after completing the second hour, the first hour disappeared.  The Fitbit and App are of the latest upgrade, the phone is an Android S24+ also with latest operating system.  Have restarted, reloaded, removed and added app and device again with no change.  Any ideas?

My hourly dots do not display on my homepage, but display on my inspire 3 and I have Apple phone. Phone and watch both have latest updates and re-synced them both. Google seems to have lots of problems. My husband gets no sleep data😩
