My fitbit stopped syncing. I have uninstall reinstall now no bluetooth connection with my Samsung phone. What's going on. Read everything and tried it all.:-(

If you have a older phone try connecting with that, and than you can use your sam 21, the same thing happened with my flex2

I had the same problem. I removed my watch, removed the app, reinstalled the app, tried to reset my password. Then I finally gave in and signed in with my google account and then Voila. I was able to add my watch back in and it started to sync. Hope that helps!
