Inspire 3 stopped tracking my heart rate accurately

Hi! How many green LEDs does Inspire 3 have? I feel my Inspire 3 has been more inaccurate with measuring my HR than before. Looking at the back I only see one flickering green LED and was trying to remember if there were 2 of them. I tried finding more info googling but couldn't find any. I'm trying to decide if I have to return my device. Thanks in advance!
