Inspire 3 stopped tracking my sleep data

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Have had my Inspire 3 since the end of January and it has been working fine. About a week ago it stopped tracking my sleep.

Have tried restarting it but it still isn't working.

Any help would be much appreciated, thank you.

Hi there, @twirl58. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Inspire 3 before reaching out.

I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

For more information, see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?

I've moved your post to the Inspire 3 board for organization purposes.

I've had my Inspire 3 for 2 wks today and it has provided a sleep score exactly one time!  Sp02 is also hit and miss at every other day. I've reset my tracker several times, and attempted multiple locations on my wrist with various degrees of tightness, and still no score.  I purchased the Inspire to replace a worn out Charge 4 and to have something smaller on my right wrist so I can wear one of my analog watches on my left wrist.  Truth be told, I am about to ditch Fitbit and go back to wearing my Galaxy watch (which has no issue tracking my sleep, regardless of sleep position) and just be one of those goofy people wearing two watches . . .

Same problem here.

Stop working and customer service doesn’t work properly.
very poor quality product and service. No way to use it.

Considering to return the item soon as it seems no one has a solution

Is customer service going to do something about it or they’ll just look at customer complaining about it?
