I changed no settings on the phone or watch and all of a sudden the vibrating notifications for text messages stopped working.
I have checked the DND on the watch and all push notifications are on in the app setting. I tried disconnecting the phone from the app and connected it again. I am seeing the text message on the watch but the vibrating notification stopped.

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend restarting your Inspire 3 by following these steps.

Thank you for responding. I ended up doing a complete reset to my watch and it fixed the problem.
