Inspire 3 stops syncing after the update

Since the "update" two weeks ago the Inspire 3 has sporadically synced then just gave me the dreaded x in a red circle. I am ready to flush this piece of crap!

I appreciate your reply. I have tried all the suggestions numerous times.
The issue is with the device and not the app. I have un-installed and
re-installed several times. Sometimes the device syncs but it only lasts a
couple of hours, then the dreaded X in a red circle. I really need a
working device that can be linked to my Health Insurance for proof of my
activity. Everything was working smoothly until the update.

Thanks for your reply.
Let me know if find someone else. I just need a simple device not
something tethered to Google.

@KristyCa Thanks for getting back to me and for confirming that you've tried the steps I recommended.

In addition to the steps you've done so far, please try to manually sync your Inspire 3 by tapping your profile picture >  your device image > Sync Now.  By doing this, a firmware update banner should appear.

If Sync Now doesn’t show an update banner, please tap your profile picture > your device image > Gallery. The app should show a popup to install the missing apps to install the missing apps and recover the device. If the firmware update banner does not show, press and hold the side button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, then release the button. For more information please visit How do I restart my Fitbit device?

@KristyCa I totally understand how you must be feeling. To better assist you, may I know if tried the steps I recommended in my previous response?

I have the Inspire 3 paired with bluetooth, but the date and time are all
wrong

@KristyCa Keep in mind that that the time will be wrong if your Fitbit device hasn't synced recently as your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with.

To better assist you, I suggest reaching out to our Support Team who will be able to take a closer look into this issue and provide further help. This form is only meant for you to use. Click here to get access to it.

After following all suggested steps the Inspire 3 will pair and sync for a few hours, then un-syncs and un-pairs.

Still no luck, even after multiple attempts to fix

Same. There's an issue with everything from data disappearing, miles, steps, badges, sleep data... I have to resync 30+ times a day, I've updated repeatedly and uninstalled/reinstalled. I've repeatedly reported the issues with no response or assistance. I'm so done!
