I have already lost an Inspire 3 due to the strap coming loose. His is my second one with new straps and it just won’t hold. I believe there is something wrong with the Fitbit itself. The holes are just not right in one side and the pin keeps falling out.

Hi @Fitztracker since this is the second one with the same issue, you ought to get with customer service. Right now they are swamped, but keep trying.

I did reach someone and have sent the info about my problem that they requested. I’m told that it may be possible to get a replacement. Not sure how many hoops I’ll have to jump through to get this resolved, but at least the process has been started. Thank you for your quick response and for the good info. .
